Vendors’ Fact Sheet
- Our Scouts will be selling discount cards this spring as a fundraiser. The cards sell for $10 each. We are looking for the best quality offerings for this local area! We will produce several versions of cards for targeted markets. The cards also include admission to our annual Scout Show.
- Your involvement with the Camp Card will provide every Scout an enhanced opportunity to earn their way to go to summer camp.
- The Northeast Georgia Council, Boy Scouts of America serves over 10,000 families in a 26-county area of our state. This area includes Gwinnett County going north to the Tennessee and North Carolina borders, and east to the South Carolina border.
- The coupon should be a quality offer of exceptional value to the consumer so, as to protect the reputation of the Boy Scouts of America. You should craft your offer to help drive additional business to your door. The offer should be renewable for one use each time the consumer visits your business valid from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, OR as a special, KEY PREMIUM limited use coupon.
- There is no direct cost to you to be included on our card.
- As a sponsor, you may also have an information booth at our “Scout Show.” Scout Show is a single day expo, where every year we have over 600 Scouts and Scouters from across the state. This is a great opportunity for your business to get real dedicated face time with a large group of people from a wide area! Businesses on the Camp Card get to have a booth for free at Scout Show. - Your logo can appear if desired on our card. You will receive a proof for your review and approval upon request.

Space is limited and all coupons are subject to final approval by the Northeast Georgia Council, BSA.
Agreement of Performance
The Boy Scouts of America has high standards for ethics and performance of duty. Therefore, the company listed below agrees to provide and honor a high-quality coupon or offer (space is limited) to be included on our fundraising Camp Card for 2025.
The coupon would be valid from February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026 unless otherwise indicated. Typically, the coupon would be good once per each visit. The company will provide the exact wording with logo (preferably electronically). The company will provide a list of locations that will accept the coupon.
