Check-in and Activities may change according to available leadership and the number of participants.

Check-in Procedures

To speed up check-in please be ready to provide the following:

• must have medical forms for everyone (BSA Medical Forms PDF)
• adults must have YPT

Schedule

Friday night:

• 5 – gates open
• 8:30 – Scout Staff Meeting (review field games and scout skills for Sat. At admin building)
• 9 – leaders meeting at the admin building

Saturday:

• 8:30 – flags
• 9 – 12: morning activities (including Cub Scout leader training at the admin building)
• 12 – 2: lunch w/ pack
• 2 – 5: afternoon activities
• 5 – 7: dinner w/ pack
• 7: trick or treat
• 8: campfire & costume contest

Activities

• Shooting Sports
• Field Games
• Fishing
• Craft #1: paper lantern pumpkin
• Craft #2: paper bats
• Craft #3: crafts for Lions during BB, less than 6 years old
• Scout Skills
• Campfire Program
• Sunday Chapel (9 am)
